**About the Role**

We are looking for a commercially driven and strategically minded **Merchandiser** to join our growing team. This is a pivotal role responsible for driving sales, margin, and inventory efficiency across key categories. You will lead the implementation of an Open to Buy (OTB) framework, identify growth opportunities in both core and emerging categories, and contribute to the long-term merchandising strategy.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Own and implement the **Open to Buy** process to manage inventory levels, improve cash flow, and maximize profitability.
- Partner with Buying, Planning, and Finance teams to align OTB with financial targets and seasonal plans.
- **Analyse sales performance** across categories to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- **Forecast and model growth potential** in new product categories, working closely with cross-functional teams to validate and prioritize opportunities.
- Deliver robust **weekly, monthly, and seasonal reporting**, ensuring insights are action-oriented and data-led.
- Support in building the **overall merchandising strategy**, focusing on range architecture, pricing, and customer segmentation.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration between Product, Marketing, and Supply Chain to ensure alignment and execution of strategies.

**Key Skills & Experience**
- 5+ years’ experience in merchandising, preferably in a fast-paced retail or e-commerce environment.
- Strong understanding of Open to Buy, WSSI, and planning systems.
- Proven track record of using data to inform strategy and deliver commercial results.
- Experience in new category development and growth forecasting.
- Excellent Excel and data analysis skills; familiarity with reporting tools
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and strategic thinker.
- A passion for product and a deep understanding of consumer behaviour.

Pay: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
