JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for providing a first-class experience for our visitors with exceptional customer service, and to create and promote a positive atmosphere and guest focused culture within the experience. Includes weekend and evening shifts.
ACTIVITIES TO INCLUDE SOME OR ALL OF THE FOLLOWING
Box office work
Shop assistant
VR assistant
Meet and greet
Answering visitor queries
Adhering to, and monitoring guests’ adherence to, all safety procedures
And any other duties which enhance the visitor’s experience
The role will require standing and/or walking most of the time
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Be at least 18 years of age
The ability to read, speak and effectively understand the English language
Be available to work flexible hours at nights and on weekends
Must possess above average communication skills
Safety conscious
Outgoing and friendly
Willing to actively engage guests
Ability to learn and understand Gustav Klimt’s works and his history in order to be able to answer general customer queries
Commitment to providing the best in customer service
THE PERSON
- Venue, leisure, or retail experience
- Previous experience in a customer service environment
- A general knowledge and/or enthusiasm for the arts
- Able to resume in September/October
