- Communicate with employees regarding HR-related queries
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Support onboarding processes for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
- Maintain Employees records and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Overseeing Training schedules
- Assisting with regulatory tasks
- Manage administrative tasks such as filing, data entry and maintaining office supplies.
- Handle employee enquires and provide support on HR related topics.
- Collaborate with the management team to enhance workplace culture and employee engagement.
- Some social media duties

- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Qualification Human Resources, Business administration or a related field is essential
- Previous experience in HR or administrative role, ideally in a similar setting.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage social media platforms
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Pay: £18,000.00 per year
