**An attractive opportunity for an experienced Corporate Solicitor to join a leading L500 practice as Partner**

The Firm

Our client is a highly regarded Legal 500 practice with a base in Central London.

Following organic growth in the firms corporate client base and subsequent caseload, they are seeking an experienced Solicitor to join the firm as Partner and manage a team of capable Fee Earners.

The Opportunity

The firms corporate team is equipped to manage a full range of transactional work for UK and international clients with matters including:

- Structuring and setting up in business, including both company and partnership structures
- Commercial contracts and trading terms and conditions
- Corporate governance and regulatory compliance
- Joint ventures and collaborations
- Mergers and acquisitions and other associated corporate transactions, including management buy outs and private equity backed deals
- Raising finance from banks and other lenders

They specialise in supporting businesses, investors and entrepreneurs with clients ranging from small start-ups and SMEs to larger corporate entities. The firm also work with many international clients, advising them on their business interests and projectsin the UK.

**Requirements**:

- The ability to generate new business and drive growth
- Experience of managing/supervising junior Solicitors and support staff
- Experience in handling and broad range of transactional corporate matters
- A following (however big or small) is preferable
