The Role

  • Join as a
    Corporate Partner
    with responsibility for driving and expanding the firm's corporate offering.
  • Advise clients on a broad range of transactions, including
    M&A, private equity, joint ventures, corporate structuring, and shareholder arrangements
    .
  • Play a central role in
    business development and client relationship management
    , bringing your own following while tapping into the firm's established client base.
  • Work closely with other partners to strengthen cross-departmental collaboration and continue the firm's strategic growth.

About You

  • Existing
    Corporate Partner
    with a proven practice and client following.
  • Strong track record in advising on complex corporate transactions.
  • Commercially minded with the ability to build lasting client relationships.
  • Collaborative and pragmatic, with the drive to help shape the firm's future.
