**Senior Bids Coordinator
Remote / Home Based Working (Occasional Onsite Meetings)**

My client is a high-growth tech company that delivers solutions to a-number-of market-leading global companies, who are looking to recruit a **Senior Bids Coordinator**

**Key Responsibilities**
- The **Senior Bids Coordinator** will be responsible for the creation of all bid material.
- Managing the bids process from RFP to submission in a timely manner
- Ensure consistent corporate branding is used at-all-times and proof-reading all documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with bidding requirements.
- Compiling all technical documents and all supporting information and ensuring concise bid documents are produced that demonstrates a value-add proposition to customers.
- Responding to all internal and customer queries regarding the bid submission process

The ideal **Senior Bids Coordinator** will be able to offer the following:

- Previous experience managing bid submissions in a professional services company.
- Able to manage complex bids with technical documents and long term service proposals
- Excellent attention to detail and able to write and deliver compelling bid proposals.
