**What your night might look like**

The daytime bustle has settled. Most residents are resting, but you're alert, ready, and keeping things steady.

You are leading the shift. Supporting the team. Checking medication. Making sure everything runs smoothly. You know that even in the quiet hours, the care continues. A resident might need reassurance, or someone might be up and unsettled. You handle it with calm and care.

You are also the senior on shift. If something comes up, you step in confidently. That steady leadership is exactly what the team and the residents rely on.

**In this role, you will**:

- Lead the care team through the night
- Support residents with dignity and respect
- Handle medication processes and audits
- Maintain records and ensure clear handovers
- Keep the environment safe and secure
- Step in for the manager or deputy when needed

**What you will need**:

- SVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care
- SSSC registration (or the ability to register)
- PVG scheme membership
- Experience leading or supervising a team
- The ability to work within a Christian ethos

**What you will get**:

- A supportive team that values night shift leadership
- Ongoing development opportunities
- The chance to work towards SVQ Level 4 and PDA qualifications
- A stable role with real responsibility

If you are confident, compassionate and ready to lead through the night, we would love to hear from you.

We also offer you a range of benefits that you would expect from an organisation that support others.

Firstly, there is access to a wide range of exclusive retail and leisure discounts through our rewards scheme and the Blue Light Discount card. We also ensure that your future and that of your loved ones is secured with a generous contributory pension plan and death in service benefit. Balancing work and family are made easier with our suite of enhanced family friendly policies and your health and wellness are prioritised with access to our health cash plan, giving you cash back for a wide range of health treatments. We even have access to a care concierge service to assist you with life's challenges, providing invaluable support when you need it most.

But we also know that your training and development is important to you, and as well as a contribution to your professional membership fees, we are keen to support you in making the right steps to learn, grow and develop in ways that are right for you.
