Senior Night Care Worker

We are seeking a Senior Night Care Worker who can guide and support our night team while ensuring consistent, high quality care for older people. This role is ideal for someone who brings calm decision making, clear communication and a steady presence throughout the night.What you will do* Lead and support the night care team including task allocation and coordination* Maintain a safe, secure and reassuring environment during night hours* Oversee night time care planning, medication routines and quality checks* Supervise and appraise staff and contribute to their ongoing development* Promote the wellbeing and comfort of service users in a person centred wayAbout youYou are a confident and supportive leader who works with integrity and empathy. You hold a Christian faith and are comfortable working within CrossReach’s ethos. You have an SVQ Level 3 in Social Care and are willing to complete PDA Supervision, PDA Medication, SVQ Level 4 and the Workplace Assessor Award.
