Company Secretary Opportunity

Are you currently completing a degree in Law or Business and are looking to progress your career within the Company Secretarial space upon graduation?
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Junior Associate - Company Secretary to join the Company Secretarial Services Team.
Reporting to the Manager, you will be responsible for the delivery of services (to include scheduling meetings, preparing board packs, preparing minutes, maintaining entity registers and records) to a diverse portfolio of external Funds clients.
This role would also suit someone that has 6-12 months Financial Services experience and is looking to grow their career in the Company Secretarial space.
**Essential duties and responsibilities will include**:
- To meet delivery deadlines for preparation of agendas, board packs, minutes and matters arising schedules.
- Organising and attendance at board meetings to learn the overall process.
- To build positive relationships and add real value to the team.
- To adhere to processes, procedures, and working practices.
- To work within a team as a team player to ensure client focus and delivery of team key KPIs.
- To collaboratively work together as a team to ‘problem solve’ any items.
- Maintaining and updating of company statutory registers.
- Deal with queries and requests, on a day-to-day basis from clients, auditors and internal staff.
- To deal with any other responsibilities reasonably assigned.
- To represent the Company in a professional manner and enhance the perception of the Company as client oriented, proactive, and dedicated to providing a superior service.
- Maintaining the accuracy and integrity of information related to Company Secretarial engagements.
- Monitor diary task lists and ensure tasks are cleared on a timely basis and internal metrics.
- Liaising with relevant parties on various meeting related items.
- Any other administrative tasks in the support of the Company Secretarial team in the servicing of Company Secretarial client relationships.
