**Finance Manager | Tech Startup | £55-60k | London (hybrid / remote)**

An exciting tech startup is looking for a Finance Manager. The Finance Manager will be the first qualified finance hire in the company although they already have some established finance processes through support by external accountants and prior expertiseof one of the founders. The Finance Manager will report to the Board and founders and take ownership of day to day finance as well as supporting leadership with commercial and strategic growth initiatives.

The business has recently secured Series A funding, have expanded into the US and generating revenue. So you could say they are now in 'scaleup' mode. Therefore, the Finance Manager will not be setting up everything from scratch, more so developing and improvingexisting processes. However, there is still a significant amount of exciting project work to be done in terms of building out finance processes and support for the business as well as bringing certain aspects 'in-house'.

This Finance Manager position will directly support all areas of the business including working closely with Sales to ensure accurate revenue forecasting. This individual will have the opportunity to make the role their own and progress towards a FinancialController / Finance Director role over the next couple of years.

The client is very open to different types of background and experience. However, they are looking for someone fully qualified (ACA / CA / CIMA / ACCA or equivalent) with transferable skills and a positive attitude.
