**To ensure the delivery of exceptional education & customer experiences in the Wella studio London face to face & digital experiences. The Studio leader needs to ensure they**
- Lead energize & manage the London studio and its team, to execute the studio strategy and deliver inspirational education by embodying the Wella attitude and set an example to the team. Inspire the team to use digital tools to deliver a customized service.
- Provide extensive coaching and training to the education team whilst in the studio to ensure the team achieve all commercial and operational KPI’s this role. Providing support to the team in difficult situations ensuring client’s satisfaction.
- You will lead the advisory department ensuring all protocols by the team are completed within the timelines. To support the customer service experience this function offers to the hairdressing industry.
- A key area of the role is having a digital first mindset for education supporting studio 5 and digital education activations allocating team resource where needed to multiple activations.
- Deliver education alongside your London studio team demonstrating exceptional hair skills
Reporting into the Head of Education Operations you will be part of the education management team, you will support the studio and frontline education team to achieve the KPI’s and customer experience measures ensuring career planning is in place for your team. Increase the team confidence and motivation by praise and feedback for their performance. Identify, engage in recruiting, and develop talents and secure succession plans in collaboration with the Head of Education Operations. Working as part of an education team focusing on growing and gaining salons via education.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

- To achieve studio income, activities and student number targets by the planning and booking of the studio activities along with the team in line with the global/ local plans. Working with the Head of Education operations you will plan the studio activity annually reviewed on a regular basis to work alongside the company priorities
- Supported by the Senior education managers Craft Grow and Gain, you are the custodian of the Wella career development plan achievement for London studio team related to Craft Growth and business education.
- Delver education alongside your London studio team demonstrating exceptional hair skills
- Represent Education internally and externally as a credible face to the industry to ensure Education is seen as the preferred partner by stylists and set up as Key Business driver for Gain & Grow and for Digital Transformation. Bringing your industry expertise to add value to the overall Wella education mission.
**SKILLS, EXPERIENCE, QUALIFICATIONS**
Essential:
- Hairdresser
- Team leadership experience 3+years
- Proven knowledge of the studio its courses and customer service mission.
- Project an exceptional image and body language
- Inspire, mentor and coach the team
- Proficient in digital execution and awareness of social medial trends
Desirable:
- Wella Master Colour Expert
- Strong understanding of the hairdressing business
- Strong moderation, presentation, and communication skills
- In touch with trends within the hairdressing industry
