**Head of UK Studios - FaceGym,London**

**The Brand**:
**Job Summary**:
Responsible for driving revenue, controlling costs and delivering profitability within the UK Studios. Collaborate with key people within the business to drive the exposure of FaceGym Studios; acquiring new customers and ensuring exceptional customer servicelevels to build a local customer base. Mentoring Studio Managers to effectively and efficiently run their Studio.

**Key duties and responsibilities**:
**Responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to;**
- An inspirational leader to the UK Studio Managers; developing their skills and being a constant mentor to ensure a positive and pro-active culture within Studios
- Lead learning and development within UK Studios; managing the National Training Manager to ensure training and development is closely linked to business goals and objectives
- Interface Marketing to achieve product sales target and workout to product ratios
- Work with the People Team, to ensure onboarding processes are in-depth and engaging. Monitor onboarding processes in each Studio, to ensure they meet expectations
- Ensure events are set up and communicated effected to drive maximum ROI
- Ensure NPD training is completed, incentives created and NDP launch plan ready to activate (with marketing/events)
- Manage relationship with pop-up and studio partners, workouts, pricing and launch plan
- Monitor and analyse weekly / monthly / quarterly retail and service sales to ensure actual sales are in line with forecasts across all Studios
- To drive KPI’s with the Studio Managers, coaching and training them to understand how to effectively communicate and performance manage their teams
- Strengthen Studio performance and standards by creating consistency within each Studio through personal example, mentoring and coaching Studio Managers
- To have a hands-on approach to coaching and developing the teams in Studio to drive sales and customer retention
- Plan and execute monthly manager meetings, working with other departments on business goals and team development requirements
- Responsible for reporting on UK Studio performance to Senior members of the business, drawing conclusions and trends from data
- Monitor controllable costs within Studios, mentoring Studio Mangers to achieve their targets
- Understand shift patterns, draw conclusions and work with Studio Managers to implement a robust rota to maximise on sales and profitability
- Support with recruitment of Studio teams
- Manage individual performance and behaviours against KPI’s and Family Values
- Work closely with the National Training Manager to ensure all employees are sufficiently trained on all Workouts, Tools and product ranges. Ensuring training support is strategic and effective across all Studios to develop the talent and capabilities ofthe team
- Work with the People Team to carry our regular performance reviews for your team, as well as creating effective succession plans
- With the support of the People Team, effectively manage employee relation matters in studios
- Work closely with the Operations Manager on maintenance in studios, policies and day-to-day operations
- Ensure that all Studio costs and requirements are in line with yearly department budget and proposed budgets meet the needs of the business.
