Overview:

**Duties: Essential**
- Ability to Coordinate and plan training courses and assessments
- Ensure all relevant paperwork is collated and available for the trainers and assessors prior to each course or assessment being undertaken
- Ensure all pre checks relating to rail regulations are complied with for each learner
- Carry out weekly compliance checks on all assessors and trainers.
- The daily Marketing of courses and available training to be prioritised
- Liaise with clients on a daily basis to meet their long term planning needs
- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Perform administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Maintain office supplies and inventory
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports
- Manage calendars and coordinate travel arrangements
- Organize and maintain electronic and paper files
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks using Sage
- Provide general clerical support to staff as needed

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in an administrative role
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Knowledge of basic office procedures and equipment operation
- Ability to type accurately at a reasonable speed
