Office Administrator

The hiring company have been providing heating, plumbing and electrical services for over twenty years. The business has grown through reputation, with the installers/technicians being dedicated to a Standard of Care for all customers. We are assisting them to bring an experienced office administrator on board to join the team in a very busy office.
Responsibilities:
- Meeting and greeting customers upon arrival on-site
- Ordering/purchasing and stock level maintenance
- Assisting the Sales & Operations teams with their daily admin
- General Ad Hoc duties
- Responsible for Covid compliance procedures
Requirements:
- Previous experience with pricing/quotes
- Familiarity with terminology used in the electrical/plumbing/heating sector
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Problem-solving attitude with an eye for detail
- Proficient in Word/Excel with excellent grammar/spelling skills
Full-time permanent role, Monday to Friday. Standard office hours are 8am-5pm with an hour for lunch or 8am-4.30pm with 30 minutes for lunch. Twenty days holiday plus eight Bank Holidays.
**Salary**: £20k-£26k depending on experience
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
