**Client Care Advisor**

If you enjoy providing great service and working in a team, we have just the opportunity for you at our Bristol Kingswood practice to start as soon as possible.

We are a small animal practice on the outskirts of Bristol. We currently have a friendly and supportive team of 5 Vets, 3 Nurses, 1 Veterinary Care Assistant, 2 Client Care Advisors and a Practice Manager.

**What your typical day will look like**:

- Your focus is to provide an exceptional service to our clients and the best care possible to their pets - providing a link between clients and the clinical team.
- Greeting each client and their pets in a friendly manor and offering support, guidance, and expertise.
- Managing both cash and card payments confidently.
- Booking appointments appropriately for the clinical team, ensuring the diary is well managed each day.
- Assisting the clinical team in dispensing medication.
- Ensuring the reception area and consulting rooms are kept clean and to high standard throughout the day.

**We can be flexible, and this could be a Part-Time or Full-Time role working 20-40 hours per week including 1 in 4 Saturday mornings.**

**The attributes required**:

- You will be a friendly and welcoming face for the client(s) and their pets when they arrive at the practice.
- You will keep yourself fully up-to-speed with the practice services available so you can confidently advise clients.
- You will be calm, attentive, and always focus on the clients’ needs whilst bringing enthusiasm and drive to your role.
- To be successful in this role being able to multitask is essential.
- You will be able to deal with everything that is thrown at you, from comforting a client who has had some bad news about their pet or sharing in the joy of a new puppy’s first visit to the vet.
