Client Advisor

Client Advisor Marshmercial Description: We are seeking a talented individual to join our Enterprise team at Marshmercial. This role will be based in Bristol. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least four days a week in the office. The role: Client Advisor We have an exciting opportunity here at Marshmercial, as we're looking to recruit a number of Client Advisor's to join us in our Enterprise Centre of Excellence. Within your role you'll be responsible for servicing both new & existing clients with a range ofmercial insurance products. For this role we are happy to consider those without prior insurance experience, as well as those with a background in personal lines ormercial insurance. If successful you'll be provided with a first-class induction, as well as be given the opportunity to attain chartered insurance qualifications. Once you have received initial training and support, you will be responsible for servicing a dedicated portfolio of clients, this can involve managing renewals, invoicing, producing new quotes, upselling/cross selling additional products whilst handling any additional queries that are presented. We will rely on you to: Provide excellent client service on all aspects of account management to our clients, ensuring client needs are identified and met in line with agreed service standards Ensure timelypletion of all set tasks ensuring client satisfaction at all times Demonstrate your adaptability skills when required in order to support colleagues inpleting business critical tasks Develop meaningful working relationships with our insurer partners through regular contact and liaison to better serve our clients Through training, coaching and mentoring have a thorough understanding of all major classes of insurance that we offer our clients and keep abreast of new technical and product developments What you need to have: Ideally you'll have a minimum of 1 years' experience within insurance, however this is not essential as full training can be provided.
