Trailhead is a brewery offering exciting hoppy IPA style beers. We brew our own on-site and have a food truck offering fresh pizzas from Italian ready-made dough. We need someone to help serve in our tap room primarily and to help cook pizzas in our pizza oven in the food truck. Usual bar duties including serving our beers and some glass collecting. Pot wash behind the bar so load and unload and help keep the bar area and upstairs seating area tidy clean and sanitised. We’d like to train you on our beers so you have a basic background knowledge of ingredients and the brewing process so simple questions can be answered. At Trailhead we're really chilled and the atmosphere is fantastic. Because of this we need people who have a genuine interest in our beer so you can chat to the punters and also to be self motivated as we don't operate under a strict worker/manger protocol. We find thats not necessary as the vibe there is enough to be motivational in itself for the right people.
