General Teaching Assistant

**Salary**: £70 / £80 a day

Location: High Wycombe

Start date: Both IMMEDIATE & October Half Term Roles Available

The Position:
You will be working alongside a class teacher to support students in their learning and development as a general teaching assistant. There will be support for you to build relationships with the children as well as get involved in the classroom to developbonds to achieve academically. Your general teaching assistant positon will be greatly rewarding

You will be supporting behaviour management and restorative justice in the classroom. Monitoring a support student's emotional regulation as well as being aware of safeguarding concerns. You may be requested to support and lead small groups of learning.

**Requirements**:
We are looking for a general teaching assistant to support a primary class in High Wycombe. We are looking for a person who is passionate about working with children and looking to make a difference to develop their care in helping students. Things we arelooking for:

- Childcare / education based interest
- Childcare / education based qualifications (desirable but not necessary)
- Graduates & experienced staff are welcome

They have fantastic on site facilities to support the children's learning to the maximum of their capabilities.
