They are seeking a Teaching Assistant who can take an empathetic and proactive approach, and support learning across the school.ResponsibilitiesWorking 1 to 1 or with small groupsSupporting the children inside and outside the classroomSupervising break and lunch timesBeing a role modelSupporting with any medical needs (training will be provided)Preparing the classroom and resourcesCollaboratively working with the Class TeacherReporting any observations on progress, well‑being and behavioursSupporting to de‑escalate challenging behavioursAttending regular training and meetings when requiredThe successful applicant must be comfortable with personal care.Hours:Monday-Friday 8:30-3:30pm.Pay:£89.38 - £98 per dayTemp to perm opportunitiesIf you are interested in this role and wanting to start a career in education, get in touch nowAll applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
