A new and fantastic opportunity has become available within Maskery Wealth Management for a Client Services Apprentice. This newly created role is in direct response to our successful business going from strength to strength and we are in a period of exciting growth.
**What’s the role?**

Ultimately you will be one of our front facing, customer focused colleagues that will meet and greet clients, direct them to the services they require and then assist your colleague with the back of house function to facilitate great service.
You will always have the customer as your priority with everything you do. Whether you are organising documentation, updating client mail, or helping one our advisors with ad hoc requirement; your main priority is the customer.
If your one for bullet points, below is some of the main aspects of the role:

- Supporting the Partner/Office Manager by dealing effectively with the day-to-day business operation along with maintaining and updating client and prospect information
- Assisting with operating and maintaining effective systems, processes, and procedures (as directed), which enable the Partner/Advisers to optimise client meetings.
- Communicating effectively with internal and external customers
- Support the Partner/Office Manager to ensure the end-to-end business process is adhered to and tracked efficiently in line with Partner and regulatory standards.
- Assisting with maintaining accurate client information, files/records, ensuring that clients are placed into a review system as agreed with the Partner.
- Liaise with Head Office & admin centres as directed.
- Assisting with preparing files including compliance required documentation; research; illustrations; supporting documentation, prior to sale.
- Assist with preparing portfolio valuations as requested.
- Project a professional image in both appearance and attitude and provide quality support on time to agreed standards.
- Attend and contribute to regular update meetings with the Partner/Operations Manager.
- Maintain technical competence at an appropriate level to meet the requirements of the role.
- Maintain a good working relationship with colleagues, clients and third parties.
- To support the Partner/Operations Manager/Relationship Manager/Admin Staff with and contribute to all projects.
- Attend forums and workshops as appropriate.
- To achieve daily and quarterly goals and satisfy the priorities agreed with the Partner/Practice Manager

**The Package.**

Attractive Working Hours - 35 Hours Per Week
Monday - Thursday / 8.30am - 5pm
Friday - 8.30am - 1pm
60 Minute Lunch
£12,506 Per Annum (£6.50 per hour)
20 Days Holiday Per Year

Training Provided:
**The Apprenticeship.**

You will be enrolled onto an 18-month Customer Service Practitioner Apprenticeship with Exeter College. You will participate in 12 months of taught sessions before completing the remainder of your apprenticeship under self-study. Don’t worry though, your assessor coach will be there to help you complete your apprenticeship and prepare for your End Point Assessment.
