Opportunity for a go-getting Executive Assistant to join FCMS

- Salary - £25,808.76 per annum

Main duties of the role

We are looking for a high visibility partner to support in day-to-day tasks including management of calendars, scheduling meetings, coordinating of documents and actions to support projects to reach long term goals. The role will work closely with the team to provide administrative and project support including minute taking, documenting and following up actions and correspondence with both internal and external stakeholders.

The role will work alongside senior leaders in the organisation therefore emotional intelligence, excellent communication skills, discretion and compassion are essential skills.
