We are a multi-modal logistics provider with service partners in the oil and gas, construction, fashion and retail industries and have seen monumental growth over the last few years. With multi-million pound sites across the UK and well over 1000 employees,we are now looking to strengthen our operational team even further and enable us to be the service partner of choice to our customers.

As a Freight Coordinator, you will be an integral part of the team liaising between our customers and internal operations.

**The Duties of the Freight Coordinator will include;**
- Arranging shipments, deliveries and collections via air, sea & road
- Completing customs clearance doc's when needed
- Administrative; invoice, quotes & CRM cleansing
- Customer Service

As a courier partner to high-end brands, we are looking for someone that understands the importance of a professional service.

**The Successful Freight Coordinator will enjoy**:

**The Required experience & characteristics of the Freight Coordinator will be**:

- Proven experience in a similar, multi-modal logistics provider
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships
- Experience with customer clearance procedures
- Live within commutable distance to Heathrow
- Professional fluency in English, other languages a plus
