Due to growth, our client is looking to recruit and Air Freight CoordinatorAbout the RoleAs an Air Freight Coordinator, you'll be at the heart of our air cargo operations, ensuring timely and efficient handling of air freight shipments. You'll work closely with airlines, hauliers, customers, and internal teams to coordinate export and import processes, maintain compliance, and deliver top-class service.Key Responsibilities:Coordinate air freight export and import shipments from booking to deliveryLiaise with airlines, ground handling agents, and clients to ensure smooth operationsPrepare and process air waybills, customs declarations, and cargo documentationMonitor shipments and provide status updates to clientsEnsure compliance with all relevant regulations, including IATA and HMRC guidelinesMaintain strong working relationships with key accounts and partnersSupport with operational problem-solving and continuous process improvementsWhat We’re Looking ForExperience in air freight operations (export and/or import)Strong knowledge of air freight procedures and documentationFamiliarity with Cargo wise or similar freight systems (advantageous)Excellent organisational and strong communication skillsStable wo...
