Key Responsibilities
- Support the day-to-day activities of the department, contributing positively to our effectiveness, efficiency, and achievement of our targets.
- Assist in the development of design solutions for various projects including digital, social, and print media, as well as branding and promotional material, helping to ensure all published material is accurate, on brand, and of high quality.
- Record, produce and edit new and engaging video content.
- Support our Social Media Lead with social media management and development, generating and implementing creative ideas and designs across our various platforms and channels.
- Contribute to the creative process of planning (and attending) nationwide events and trade shows. Build relationships with suppliers and oversee the design and supply of merchandise.
- Work alongside our Creative Designer to improve user experience, our customers' digital journey and, ultimately, increasing online conversions and registrations.
- Maintain marketing files and documents to ensure information is up-to-date and readily available to the relevant business areas.
- Learn - and adhere to - our brand guidelines, maintaining consistency across all design projects. Ensure deadlines are met and help us do more of what works and less of what doesn’t.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies, suggesting relevant improvements and fresh ideas.

Qualifications & Experience
- Knowledge & experience of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Some experience of - and a strong interest in - video production.
- Basic knowledge of design principles and aesthetics.
- Confident communicator and the ability to work on your own initiative.
- Creative and tenacious, with excellent attention to detail.
- Capable of working within a tight team structure, delivering results in accordance with firm deadlines.
- Willingness to help others, picking up tasks and supporting the team at large.
- Knowledge & experience of social media platforms and the Microsoft Office suite.
- Strong desire to learn and grow as a creative professional.
- Open-minded and receptive to constructive criticism, using feedback as an opportunity for learning and development.
