Sudale Search are delighted to be partnering with this growing, property investment business in Birmingham. We are looking for a Client Engagement Manager who will be following up with potential clients discussing their proposals for investment in variousproperty developments with an average deal value of around £1.7M.
As the Client Engagement Manager, you will be calling potential clients who have logged a proposal for investment for a new property development. You will proactively call the customer to discuss the scope for the development with the support of a standardappraisal form. You will leave the client with the decision in principle providing any feedback as to why the project has/ hasn’t been accepted. You will proactively follow up on any DIPs to see whether the client would like to accept, complete all KYC checks,and pass on to the relevant Case Manager.
For the Client Engagement Manager role, you will:
Be able to communicate with Clients through several different channels with the ability to build an easy rapport
Have a full clean driving license
Be self-motivated and able to manage a busy, diverse workload handling both inbound and outbound enquiries
Have excellent IT skills including MS Office
