**Role Overview**:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Optical Sales Assistant to join our team at Atria Watford. Optical experience is helpful, but **full training is provided**, so the right attitude is more important than prior knowledge.

You’ll be working directly with customers, helping them choose frames, discussing lens options, processing prescriptions and ensuring their glasses are made accurately. This role combines customer service, basic optical skills, and sales.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greeting customers and guiding them through frame and lens options
- Reading and understanding customer prescriptions (training provided)
- Providing excellent customer service and building rapport
- Processing sales and handling payments
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and welcoming store environment
- Ensuring accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Friendly, confident, and customer-focused attitude
- Good communication skills
- Willingness to learn optical skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- Attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- Previous retail or optical experience is a bonus, but not essential
