**Role: Nursery Room Leader**

**Salary: £26, 000**

**Location : London Bridge, Southwark**

We are seeking a Room Leader to work within a 'Good' local Day Nursery.

The Nursery is purpose built and has an outside area on the ground floor, as well as a roof garden. The Nursery also take the children out on trips to expand their knowledge.

It is set a short distance from the local public transport links and easily accessible.

A level 3 Early Years qualification is essential.

This role is ideally for the Baby Room, however there may be flexibility on this.

Responsibilities include:

- Lead and inspire the team
- Ensure internal policies and procedures are adhered to
- Undertake regular 1:1 meetings with
- Be a key person
- Engage the children
- Plan age appropriate activities
- Deliver high standards of care
- Follow the Nursery curriculum
- Complete assessments

- Childcare qualification
- Experience of working in a childcare setting
