**HAYWARD HAWK** is happy to be working with a successful global professional services organisation to help with their search for a Management Accounts Associate to join their growing Belfast team (Hybrid).

**The Role**

This is an opportunity to join the management accounting team And your **key responsibilities will include;**
- Processing of invoices
- including sales and purchases.
- Setting up new vendors on finance systems
- Preparing payment runs
- Preparing quarter end VAT reports.
- Creating month end workbooks.
- Updating variance analysis information
- Preparing information to support client queries
- Maintaining client and internal folders and file structures
- Develop, build and maintain relationships with clients

**The person**
- Ideally you will be qualified or part qualified Accounts Technicians / working towards their ACCA or CIMA qualification.
- Be able to build rapport and relationships with individuals at all levels irrespective of background
- Be able to communicate clearly and concisely in both oral and written forms
- Be capable of performing under pressure
- Enjoy working as part of a team and achieving shared goals and objectives
- Be inquisitive and analytical

Ideally you will have experience in
- Finance function and accounting operations
- Management reporting (including variance analysis)
- Cost and Margin analysis
- Preparation of tax compliance returns for VAT
- Knowledge of finance function processes (RTR, PTP, OTC)
- Understanding of continuous improvement and / or cost saving initiatives

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year

- Belfast, County Antrim: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
