**What you'll be doing**

The successful Resident Engagement Coordinator will:
Provide support to deliver the goals outlined in our Customer Engagement Strategy. You will assist in promoting and organising activities that engage our customers, facilitate localised engagement in key estates, and gather valuable feedback through VoiceBox, our engagement groups, and other face-to-face group workshops.

You will liaise with customers and colleagues, supporting the delivery of an effective resident scrutiny model, keeping accurate records, and ensure effective communication with our customers.

You’ll also play a key role in delivering our larger residents events including the Annual Residents’ Conference.

**More about you**
- To thrive in this role, the resident engagement coordinator should possess a UK driving license and access to a vehicle, as you'll be actively engaging with our communities in and around Bath and North East Somerset.
- Your passion for resident engagement and your commitment to increasing participation will be evident. Your exceptional face-to-face communication skills, along with strong organisational and planning abilities across various tasks, will set you apart.
- You’ll need to be confident communicating with customers across several topics and have a background of facilitating diverse group workshops.
- You’ll need to show an interest in the lives of our customers and an understanding of the issues that affect them daily.
- A sound grasp of social media, digital platforms and other communication methods would help. A can-do, positive, and proactive approach is a must as you will be expected to use your own initiative and can work independently.
- With a professional approach and the ability to work under pressure you will take personal responsibility to deliver results, managing and organising your own workload to achieve deadlines and quality results.
- At the same time you will demonstrate resilience and the desire to work in an interesting environment where no day is ever the same.

**When and where you'll be doing it**

You will be able to work flexibly, Monday to Friday, based on our customers’ needs.

You’ll be based in the Maltings in Bath (and need to actively visit our communities and engage with customers)
