As an Office Services Supervisor, you will be responsible for the delivery of the Secretarial, Administration, and PA operation (known as Clerking) at Aldershot Garrison, to ensure that the service is delivered in accordance with contract and compliant withADSL processes and procedures.

You will be primarily responsible for the supervision and employment matters of the clerical team, communication, and diary management to ensure the effective prioritisation and allocation of time and resources to support the team.

Previous supervisory experience is essential for this role, and in particular, proven experience of supervising a team of more than twenty. You should also have experience in collating, understanding, and interpreting data and communicating results effectively.

This means having excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written) with the ability to building productive relationships and networks with all stakeholders.

You must have a GCSE Grade C or above in Maths and English, a Supervisory qualification and IOSH Managing Safely Qualification, as well as a good level of literacy and IT skills with good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages, ECDL (or equivalent)and proven experience of high-quality communication and stakeholder management.

HR Admin CCP Level 3 or equivalent is desirable but not so essential.

**Salary**: £30,700 per annum
