Meter Reader/ Field Agent

**Job Overview**
You will be required to obtain readings from utility meters at both domestic and commercial properties, your working week will fall between the hours of 8am-5pm Monday to Friday and, providing you with the flexibility to drive your own performance. You will be placed on a fully funded 1 day course, allowing you to take on extra work types, increasing your income.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
You will:
- be responsible for updating your readings and findings in real time via a handheld device
- plan and optimize your own route and visit times to improve performance
- where necessary arrange appointments with customers and directly liaise with clients on site

**Essential Skills and Experience**
You will need to:
- be upbeat, self - motivated and use your own initiative and common sense.
- love the outdoors.
- have a good level of fitness.

(A lot of walking is required, and meters can be in hard to read locations.) **possess excellent organizational skills. Effectively planning your own routes.**
- be punctual, flexible, reliable, honest, hardworking, polite and efficient.
- have a full UK driving license, not in excess of 6 points.
- have access to your own car with a business use insurance policy.
- have 5 years of searchable history comprising of a clean criminal record to pass screening and vetting standards.

Experience is beneficial but not required as full training will be given.

The earnings in this role are uncapped earnings (Performance related)

**Salary**: £10.00-£25.00 per hour
