**Mobilisation Supervisor**

**Salary to £46,000 DOE plus package**

**Permanent full time**

We are working with a highly reputable facilities management contractor who are a genuinely fantastic company to work for, look after their staff well and have established and stable contracts and growing fantastically. **As a Mobilisation Supervisor your main responsibilities will be;**

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Client-facing lead for the mobilisation of newly won contracts and remobilising.
- Responsible for setting up maintenance contracts to bring them live - liasing with all areas of internal teams (hr/technical management/subcontractors/supply chain etc)
- Management of time scales and liaising with clients
- Effective communication at all times to ensure smooth process of mobilising contracts- Asset verification
- Dilapidation reports
- Reporting and logging of M&E defects
- Mobilisation (log books, site set up, plant room requirements etc)
- M&E audits preparation

**The Successful Applicant**

**To be considered for our Mobilisation Supervisor role;**
- You will be experienced in a similar role with a proven track record of mobilising contracts.
- You will be experienced in the facilities management/building maintenance/building services sector
- A fantastic communicator and leader
- Able to oversee and manage multiple portfolios
