Gratte Brothers | Building Services Maintenance is looking for a proactive and skilled Technical Supervisor to join our dynamic mobile delivery team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting operations, mentoring engineers, and ensuring smooth technical delivery across our services.

About The Role
The Technical Supervisor will play a pivotal role in supporting our mobile delivery operations by overseeing mobilisation activities, ensuring compliance with technical and statutory requirements, and providing guidance and mentorship to the engineering team. Acting as a key point of contact for audits, subcontractors, and additional works, the role ensures smooth operational delivery while fostering team development, efficiency, and high standards across all technical functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work an 8:00am – 5:00pm schedule, 40 hours per week, as part of our full-time team.
  • Partner closely with the Operations Manager to support day-to-day operational and technical activities.
  • Lead and supervise mobilisation tasks, including; asset validation and tracking, dilapidation reporting, lifecycle reporting, overseeing overall mobilisation requirements.
  • Support external audits and provide guidance or training where applicable.
  • Mentor and train engineering team members to build capability and confidence.
  • Ensure compliance with specialist service providers and statutory requirements.
  • Oversee subcontractor activities when required, ensuring high-quality delivery.
  • Take ownership of mentoring responsibilities, supporting team growth and performance.
