Canon Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) is looking for a Content Specialist to join our customer services team responsible for managing the creation, maintenance and effectiveness of all support content to help improve the service we provide to our customers.
This role requires a proactive, results-driven team player who can work autonomously, ensure content is created to the highest standard and distributed within agreed timelines.

In addition to a salary of between £37,900 and £44,500 depending on experience, you'll be eligible for a performance-based bonus of 10%. As our dedicated content specialist - EMEA Customer Services, you will support our team with the following:
**Content Management and Creation - **Our services and support team require quick access to high quality content and you will be responsible for managing our content lifecycle activities. Once this has been mastered and depending on business needs you will be encouraged to create original support related content that supports our strategy.
**Relationship Management - **With stakeholders working across** **many different countries, maintaining positive relationships is key to ensuring the successful delivery of all our support content
**On Time Delivery - **Ensuring content is created and updated within agreed timelines is essential in providing first class support to our customers
**Process Improvement - **Regular review of our content processes, with a view to drive improvement, is essential to ensure our support operation runs as efficiently as possible.
**You will need**:
As our Content Specialist - EMEA Customer Services, you will have excellent attention to detail, high levels of accuracy, the ability to manage multiple tasks at once and an innovative mindset.
Working knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office tools, content management systems, Knowledge management systems, and/or Jira are a definite advantage.
You are a true team player who is committed to taking on challenges and who is passionate about achieving positive results.
