**Ref: 3369** **Job Title: EMEA Payroll Specialist (12 month FTC)** **Salary: £38,000 - £42,000** **Location: Uxbridge (2 or 3 days a week in office, 2 from home)** Do you have EMEA payroll experience? Our client is looking for an EMEA Payroll Specialist with c5 years "hands-on" payroll experience, with excellent IT skills and CIPP qualified (preferred not essential). You will be happy to communicating and working withpayroll, HR and Finance teams at a senior level, Third Party providers and the Payroll Bureaus. It is essential you have strong time management skills - to meet the Payroll deadlines and interests of the Business showing flexibility. Play an integral role in submitting payroll information and templates to our payroll partners - Time and Attendance data submission to payroll partners - Develop and maintains a strong relationship with Regional Service Delivery Hub, Centres of Excellence (CoE) and vendor counterparts, interacting with them daily - Provide process expertise to aid in the resolution of escalated (Tier 3) process questions or issues from the Regional Service Delivery Hub team - Work with Regional Service Delivery Hub team and partners and suppliers to obtain and vetting process and technology change requests related to functional area - Work with CoEs, partners and suppliers to test and sign off on Workday configuration changes - Ensure the Regional Service Delivery Hub team is communicated to and trained on new processes and updates to existing processes (train-the-trainer) - Work closely with Regional Service Delivery Hub Teams to understand the "voice of the customer" and explore continuous improvement opportunities - Manages continuous improvement efforts between Regional Service Delivery Hub, Vendors, CoEs and technology suppliers The work will be high-volume and requires someone who can manage and coordinate it easily.
