To deliver risk management advisory services with prime focus on Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) and associated areas to clients across the UK.
Part of the Risk Consulting Practice and will be a home based role with travel to clients across the UK and the opportunity to develop broader Risk Management skills not just ERM.
**In the role you will**:

- Engage with clients to help them develop & refine their ERM capabilities.
- Support clients understand & improve the way they manage risk.
- Deliver complete ERM programme lifecycle to fee-paying clients which will include;- risk management framework
- capability / maturity reviews
- risk appetite analyses
- risk register implementation
- ERM training and coaching
- Scoping, proposal production & commercial activities relating to fee-earning consulting activities
- Provide objective advice on a wide range of risk issues
- Develop long lasting client relationships

**Who you are**:

- Enterprise Risk Management background
- Solid ERM/Risk Registers & risk tolerance with a strong capability
- Working in an Operational Risk Management role within a Big 4 or Consulting firm or Client side that wants to make the move to a leading consulting firm
- Technical Ops / ERM risk skills are more important than the experience of consulting
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
