Job Introduction
**Dedicated Cover - Corporate Reception Services**

Rapport is currently recruiting for a Dedicated Cover Receptionist to join the team overseeing the Guest Services and Reception teams in one of our high profile client contracts in Canary Wharf, which consists of multiple buildings in which the teams are based.

This is the ideal role for someone who has an incredible ability to spark immediate Rapport with the guests arriving to the building. You will be an integral part of a highly professional team focused on delivering outstanding service and memorable experiences.

This role is 40 hours per week between Monday to Friday, the core service hours of Customer Services are 07.00 - 19.00 / Flexible, based on client needs

Main Responsibilities
The overall purpose of the job is to provide the highest levels of client care and service to all internal employees, clients and directors, it is an exciting role where no two days are the same.

The role will entail:

- Providing cover to several locations across London including office, reception and floor management
- Meeting and greeting clients, customers and visitors
- Reporting of all facilities related issues including health and safety
- The ability to work independently
- Excellent communication skills on all levels
- Strong time management skills
- A passion for helping and assisting others
- High level of attention to detail
- The ability to adapt and/or change behaviour to better achieve the target/objective set
