- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide product information and answer any questions or concerns
- Process customer transactions accurately using the cash register or POS system
- Maintain inventory levels by restocking shelves and monitoring stock levels
- Keep the shop clean and organized, including dusting, sweeping, and mopping
- Assist with receiving and unpacking merchandise shipments
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient shop operations

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Basic math skills for cash handling
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects if required

**Salary**: £18,200.00-£21,600.00 per year
