**Responsibilities**:

- Support other team members
- Manage the sales floor and other departments (e.g. shipping and receiving)
- Maintain and monitor store inventory
- Ensure that the store is clean, safe and presentable for customers
- Greet and assist customers as necessary
- Conduct regular audits of the store’s physical and practical condition to ensure quality and safety
- Maintain product levels appropriately
- Process sales when necessary using the Order book process and Epos system
- Generate and review daily sales report

Key Skills

Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends

Basic reading, writing and accounting skills

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Areas of mentorship will include;
Developing store strategies to raise customers’ pool, expand store traffic and optimize profitability
- Meeting sales goals and providing feedback to store staff
- Ensuring high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service
- Once mentoring role is complete the employee will be able to enhance customer satisfaction, meet sales and profitability goals and manage staff effectively.
- There will be a background in financial planning, employee recruitment, and retail management.
- Develop business strategies to raise our customers’ pool, expand store traffic and optimize profitability
- Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
- Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
- Report on buying trends, customer needs, profits etc
- Propose innovative ideas to increase market share
- Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances etc)
- Powerful leading skills and business orientation
- Customer management skills
- Strong organisational skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills

**Salary**: £19,760.00-£20,800.00 per year
