We are looking for an energetic, passionate, and motivated Head of HR Shared Services to take ownership of our HR operations across the globe.

Head of HR Shared Services, as a member of the SLT this role is responsible for overseeing the delivery and administration of the entire employee lifecycle, enabling departmental and country heads to implement strategies and procedures to meet the company’sgrowth targets.

We are looking for someone who enjoys being visible, working at a strategic level to develop the business whilst being firmly in the detail and hands on.

Based at the Maidenhead office and happy to commute here each day, you will work with a team of 6 in the UK and colleagues in other geographies (Europe, Middle East, Asia), responsible for optimising and improving key HR operations, including:

- Recruitment and retention
- HR policies and systems, updated and compliant
- Learning and development
- Succession planning
- Performance management
- Talent management
- Wellbeing

- Experience in a customer-focused service industry & understand blue collar workforce
