Team Lead Sales, Cloud - £85k plus OTE

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Draw up strategic plans for the growth of the Microsoft CSP organization.
- Responsible for the Microsoft CSP and ISV development within ALSO UK.
- Expand unique users within the ALSO Cloud MarketPlace (ACMP).
- Increase seat value per customer.
- Optimize the margins within Cloud (monetizing the seat).
- Maintain and expand strategic partnerships.
- Draw up annual budgets and monitoring progress.
- Maintain and expand contacts with the most important stakeholders.
- Personnel management, ensure engagement and development.
- Conduct performance and assessment interviews with the team.
- Draw up activity plans together with the Marketing Department.
- Provide training, both virtual and physical.
- Take initiatives that ensure the retention of top partners.
- Be point of contact for the European organization within ALSO.

**Your Profile**:

- Excellent communication skills in English, both orally and in writing.
- Bachelor degree in economics / business / tech.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in Cloud business and leadership.
- High level of solution and service knowledge.
- Commercially oriented, result driven and have a great sense of responsibility.
- Serviceminded and listen to the customer's wishes.
- Stress-resistant, honest and flexible.
- Dare to take initiative.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £80,000.00-£85,000.00 per year
