THE ROLE Overview We are looking to hire a Team & Office Assistant who will help support the London office.

Key Responsibilities
- Managing the day-to-day running of our offices in London and Stockport aligning processes and protocols across all office environments
- Liaising with vendors, maintenance and building management to ensure smooth running of the office environment
- Maintaining office and kitchen supplies (considering ESG factors)
- Distributing incoming post and arranging couriers to collect outgoing post
- Maintaining & implementing office/health & Safety policies - Managing the health & safety for both offices including DSE assessments and other risk assessments as required by law
- Creating a positive work environment and owning all team morale initiatives
- Handling incoming calls to our main telephone line
- Assisting with ad hoc office projects as and when required
- EA duties including diary management, expenses, travel and ad hoc project admin for the Executive and Senior Management teams (including Investor Relations and Board)
- Travel to the Stockport office will be required (c. once per month) Salary and package Competitive salary with discretionary performance linked bonus. Additional benefits include pension, health, and life insurance.
