**About the role**

Our sociable, friendly and welcoming Human Resources Team are currently recruiting a HR & Recruitment Administrator to join them. This is an exciting new opportunity not to be missed Led by our Human Resources Director, you’ll provide HR and Recruitment Administrative support to the team and wider business.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Develop a thorough understanding of company policy and procedures through our automated systems.
- Create Purchase Orders and Invoice processing - ensure all paid to due date
- Produce weekly, monthly, and quarterly HR reports and complete HR Metrics on a monthly basis.
- Create and Process employment packs to include all necessary documentation and information for new associates.
- Carry out all pre-employment and compliance checks for prospective associates
- Support with the recruitment of associates by advertising live job roles and creating shortlists for Hiring Managers
- Support the Human Resources Director for all hotel training and development programmes organisation and administration. Prepare any materials required e.g., Induction Packs, as required.
- Letters e.g. employment references and accommodation references
- Act as the personal administrator for the HR Director DSA as and when required.
- Update HR notice boards, as and when required. Have a calendar of events and updates

**About You**

We are looking for an enthusiastic and positive individual to join our award-winning Human Resources Team. You will be a competent administrator who has experience working within a HR Team or Recruitment role. Excellent communication skills and strong computer knowledge are essential along with a can-do attitude and the ability to work well as an individual and part of a team.

**Salary**

This is a permanent opportunity working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 5.30 p.m. A competitive salary of £20,800 is offered along a hybrid working policy and a vast range of employee benefits.
