We are recruiting for an **Onboarding Administrator **to join our Thames Tideway framework
**About the Project**
Thames Tideway Tunnel Main Works East is a £650m Costain-Vinci-Bachy joint venture (“CVB”) which aims to achieve the ambitious target of “Reconnecting London with the River Thames” by tackling the issue of frequent untreated sewage spills into the river from London’s sewer network. This major project will provide a new sewage storage and transfer tunnel from Chambers Wharf to Abbey Mills. It includes the main tunnel, a connection tunnel to Greenwich Pumping Station, various shaft constructions, a connection to the newly constructed Lee Tunnel project, and minor works at the Beckton Sewage Treatment Plant
**About the Role**
The objective of the role is to supervise the on-boarding of staff at the Tideway COFEPIC (Central Onboarding Facility / Employer Project Induction Centre) and ensure that the on-boarding process runs smoothly for attendees. The role will include handling and management of sensitive on-boarding data, work collaboratively with other members of the COF team to ensure the smooth running of the facility and regular communication with the Tideway partners and H&S Manager
**Key Responsibilities**
Manage implementation of COFEPIC Procedure
Organise COFEPIC resources and report to the framework manager
Book Project Inductions and update register (spreadsheet + Class attendance on Mosaic system)
Register and take photographs of attendees attending the COFEPIC Centre
Upload and link competency evidence and record on Mosaic system
Safety briefing and greeting individuals attending COFEPIC
Ensure safety administration complies with data protection legislation
Liaise with G4S (security team) regarding access to site and symmetry records (provide information for security to activate ID passes)
Meet and greet employees who are attending the COFEPIC
Assist employees working on the tideway contract with the on-boarding booking process
Check the competence of personnel joining the Tideway East section
Demonstrate a personal commitment to safety
**About You**
Experience with databases and input/management of data
IT Package skills (Microsoft Excel, Word and any web-based learning management systems)
Relevant experience of training and competence schemes
Experience in handling sensitive information in line with the Data Protection Act
Data entry experience
High level of organisation and prioritisation skills
HR and training database experience
Good attendance and timekeeping essential
Excellent communication skills
Able to work collaboratively within a team to achieve deadlines
Ability to create and maintain good working relationships with internal/external customers and stakeholders
Promote and maintain a positive safety culture on the project
