**The Role**
We are currently recruiting for a Voids Supervisor to join our Birmingham branch, we are seeking an experienced leader with exceptional people management skills. As a Voids Supervisor, you will oversee a dedicated team of 10 tradespeople, ensuring that all voids work is completed efficiently and within tight deadlines.
**The Project**
Key Responsibilities - Lead, support, and inspire a team of tradespeople to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard, meeting deadlines and achieving first-time success. - Collaborate with various departments and maintain strong relationships with clients at all levels to deliver exceptional service. - Motivate, coach, and retain skilled tradespeople, fostering a positive and productive work environment. - Develop and implement a method for accurately assessing and categorising the competency levels of all team members. - Oversee the Health & Safety performance of contractors, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations. - Manage the selection, recruitment, and ongoing performance of tradespeople, ensuring the team consistently meets company standards.
