As a Product Assistant you will be a key link between the Product Design Team and the Purchasing Specialist. You will be involved in the day to day management of projects, orders, data and suppliers. You will develop your knowledge of how products move through the business and ensure this is as efficient and error free as possible.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

- Contribute towards the management of new products/projects and bringing them into stock
- Create POs, SKUs and BOMs using NAV
- Monitoring operational levels of our partners to the agreed costs and service levels
- Liaising with customer services on restocking dates and availability as well as identifying key issues or products which require review by Product Design
- Analyse data to determine future order requirements and capacity
- Maintaining up to date project reports, ensuring restock dates are correct and within deadlines
- Develop a core relationship with established suppliers and maintain this through excellent communication and accuracy

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

- Strong analytical skills, advanced Excel knowledge is essential for the role (VLOOKUP, PIVOTS, IFS etc.)
- Extremely organised with good attention to detail
- Ability to build strong open trusting relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong communication skills as well as ability to relay figures and data in an understandable manner
- Ability to work proactively and re-actively in a fast-paced environment, and keep calm under pressure and when completing multiple tasks
- Motivated and keen learner with good work ethic
