We are looking to appoint an Administrator who will be responsible for the co-ordination of data quality work to ensure data quality issues are addressed in a timely and appropriate manner and levels of data accuracy are managed and monitored effectively.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.

The principle responsibilities of the WCCIS Regional Data Quality Officer will include:
Assisting the Regional Programme Team to ensure that effective data quality processes are in place for WCCIS across Gwent and help to develop and enhance understanding of the importance of accurate quality data across the Gwent organisations.

Lead on establishing and producing routine and non-routine data quality reports and summary information which will require specialist knowledge of the WCCIS, to be distributed to the Regional Programme Board and Authority parties.

Working with the Regional Programme Team and LIVE Local Authorities to ensure that national and contract data quality targets are effectively managed and monitored.

Working with the WCCIS Regional team to identify systemic problems with data quality and advise on solutions and attain a specialist and in depth working knowledge of WCCIS and the processes involved in the collection and processing of data across the organisations
