As a leading figure in the claim’s arena, it’s this same mentality that ensures their clients are happy and the client base grows. The Claims Administrator will be responsible for providing admin support to the Client Account Executives.
In return, the Claims Administrator will expect a salary of up to £23,000, 25 days paid annual leave, pension contribution, access to thousands of perks and discounts, optional health and wellbeing cover and life assurance at 4 x your annual salary.
**Role & Responsibilities**
- Reporting, data cleansing and provision of management information
- Working within the team to build robust solutions helping to meet clients’ needs
- Developing/ managing customer relationships from an existing client portfolio
- Other relevant ad-hoc duties when necessary
**Skills & Requirements**
- Insurance experience is essential
- Computer literate/ experience of using a variety of systems
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Able to work as part of a team to ensure client SLAs
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £20,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
