**Claims Handler - Go2Gas Solutions**
**Location**: Head Office
**Hours**:
- Monday to Friday: 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM
- Working 1 in every 2 weekends (Saturday & Sunday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM)
- Rota day off during the week
**Job Summary**
**Responsibilities**
- Answer inbound calls from both **clients and customers**:
- Manage and coordinate **engineer schedules**, ensuring timely callouts
- Tackle problems proactively, using initiative to find fast, effective solutions
- Handle difficult or sensitive situations with calmness and empathy
- Collaborate with a **small, supportive team** in a high-energy environment
- Maintain accurate records of all claims and communications
**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in a **customer service**, **administrative**, or **claims-related** role
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure
- Confident communicator with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable using IT systems and learning new software quickly
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a close-knit team
- A calm, solution-focused mindset when dealing with complex or difficult situations
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From £24,000.00 per year
