**Job description**

Full time Health Centre Clinic Manager required for Reigate clinic for PCR Travel Covid testing and private healthcare provisions. Healthcare and supervisory/management experience is essential and required. Experiences with CQC and/or private healthcareis highly desirable but not essential.

Reigate Health Centre have partnered with DAM Health, the leading providers for Covid fit to fly PCR testing.

The Clinic is looking for an energetic, personable, and highly organised individual who has experience in a healthcare and staff management & supervising.

Crucially, we are looking for an individual who will be a confident to run the clinic and staff and deal with the clients. Computer literacy is essential with working knowledge in Outlook, Gmail, Word, Excel, iPads, App Stores, bespoke systems.

Your primary responsibility will be to run the Clinic, ensuring the smooth delivery of the highest levels of patient experience, help with any management issues with partnering clinic in Brentwood.

**Summary of responsibilities**

Supervising staff, creating weekly rotas

Delivering optimal patient experience for the clients

Manage front-of-house / reception, oversee bookings / room allocation

Meet and greeting

Full training leading to administering PCR and Antigen tests

Wearing full PPE Assisting patients with questionnaires and app registrations

Following strict sanitary guidelines & routine

Medical waste knowledge

Exceptional Communication skills

Flexible attitude

Ability to work as a team and on their own

Training employees to audit standard

**Essential Skills Required**

Experience in a healthcare and experience of a supervisory level

Extremely personable and strong relationship builder

Energetic, 'can-do’ attitude

Decisive and adaptable

High attention to detail

Work well under pressure

Strong team player

Well-organised with ability to meet strict deadlines

To start you will be employed on a self employed basis £15-£20ph (depending on experience paid weekly

Hours 8.45am - 2.15pm initially moving to 8.45am - 4.15pm at a later date Days to be discussed - min 5 days a week
